OWL TEACHER CENTER -CAMERA POLICY STATEMENT

In order to maintain the integrity of the OWL Teacher Center in regard to awarding CTLE/inservice credit to educators, it is now required that participants have their cameras turned on during synchronous online meetings.  In order for the instructor to confirm attendance of each participant, he/she must have visual evidence of attendance which necessitates that the participant remain within the camera’s view for the entire length of the session. (Necessary breaks excluded.) Without visual proof of attendance, credit will not be awarded.This applies to all PD in Your PJs workshops, and synchronous online sessions of hybrid OWL courses.Participants displaying only a black screen, a photograph, an empty room or anything other than their live image will be denied credit.
